My modem is of 28.8 / 33.6k type. Is it possible for enrolling online seminars?

For 28.8 / 33.6k modem users, you can only select "audio only" for the online seminars. If you want to access our online seminar video, you have to upgrade your internet connection to 56Kbps or above. We recommend broadband internet connection for best video quality.

My PC is unable to display lecture notes. How to solve this problem?

First, check the internet connection. You may need to contact your Internet Service Provider for help.

Second, check if you have the correct version of internet browser, eg, IE 5.0 or above, or Netscape 4.7 or above.

Can I download the speakers' presentations of online seminars for offline view?

No. Due to the issue of intellectual property, no presentations and seminar videos are allowed for downloading.

   
12.

I am trying to view seminars through a firewall, but I have been unsuccessful.

hkseminar.com streams videos through the standard mms port and the http port (80). If you are able to view normal HTTP contents (ie, stand web pages) behind the firewall, you should be able to view the seminar videos.
