the New Media Centre of Hong Kong Productivity Council, was established
in February 2001.
Deploying the state-of-the-art technology in data broadcasting
and video-streaming, hkseminar.com
is the first-of-its-kind portal in Hong Kong, which offers movies
of seminars, synchronized with seminar presentations.
This content-rich, interactive and web-based delivery tool allows
participants the flexibility to "attend" quality seminars
anytime, anywhere. This benefits both individual participants and
their companies as they no longer need to attend any seminars physically.

Hong Kong Productivity Council
The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a multi-disciplinary
organization established by statute in 1967 to promote productivity
excellence through the provision of professional services. Through
its Institute of Information and Media Industries (IIMI), Product
Development and Innovation Institute (PDII) and Best Management
Institute (BMPI), HKPC provides integrated and streamlined services
to trade, industry, and the community at large. These services aim
to increase efficiency and competitiveness, thereby contributing
to raising the standard of living for the people of Hong Kong.
